Flying insects are widely spread throughout Amman and Jordan. They can be found in houses, restaurants, warehouses, factories, offices, companies, hotels, hospitals, schools, universities, banks, and others.

Bash Services provides specialized treatment designed to effectively and efficiently control and prevent pests from spreading an infection within your house or workplace. Most flying insects come from outside where they breed in decaying organic materials and food (such as meat, fruits and vegetables) or feces. It feeds on fabric such as clothing and furniture.
It causes damage to wood, clothing, and furniture.

Flying Ants Control

Ants are generally considered more of a nuisance than a danger, although some species do bite and sting.
The nest produces large numbers of winged males and females that mate and reproduce, but this rarely causes a problem because it disappears quickly and is easy to remove if it appears indoors.

Bees and Wasps Control

Common Wasps and German Wasps

These two species of wasps are most common in Jordan and are responsible for causing painful stings. Once they find sheltered and easily accessible places outside, such as attic windows, they begin to build nests and may nest in old rodent burrows and trees. These two species of wasps have a yellow and black body, and their sizes range from 12 to 17 mm.

European Wasps

European wasps are large insects – their length can reach 40 mm.
They have a distinctive orange belly with brown stripes.

Honeybees

Honeybees are the kind that we breed to produce honey for us.

Honeybees build their colony in trees hollows or walls hollows.
The colony size can be as large as 30,000 bees. Honey bees turn nectar into honey and wax.
Honeybees are similar in size to wasps, but they are furry and mostly black.

Solitary Bees

Solitary bees live alone; they do not crowd, nor aggressive and they build nests close to each other.
They look similar to honeybees and prefer to feed on honey and pollen.

Mason Bees

It is a harmless and not aggressive bee.
It likes to build nests in cracks or holes in construction areas and prefers to stay near walls where sunlight shines for a large part of the day.

Flies Control

House Flies

House flies are major transporter of disease and can invade all types of properties from houses to offices, restaurants, factories and other facilities.
Flies are attracted to all kinds of food, including human food, animal food, animal feed, food waste, and even feces.
Adult flies are 5 to 8 mm long and have a gray chest with 4 small stripes. It has an orange or yellow belly and is covered with short hair that works for tasting.
Flies have complex and compound eyes, made up of thousands of lenses that allow them to have a wider view.

Cluster Flies

Cluster flies are commonly found in quiet areas of your house or workplace.
They need warm places to hibernate and you may see a large group of them around windows, because they are attracted to light on sunny days in winter.
Clustered flies are 6 to 10 mm long and have a dark gray chest covered with golden or brown hair.

Horse Flies

Horse flies are considered as a special pest for livestock.
Biting attacks by females can lead to weight loss in some animals.
Male horse flies feed on pollen and nectar and are most active during daylight hours.
Their bites can be very painful to humans as well.
They have mouth parts that work like miniature knives, which they use to cut the skin.
Horse flies are up to 25 mm long and have black to dark brown color with green or black eyes.

Blue Bottle Flies

Blue flies can often be seen hovering around litter boxes. They are attracted to animal feces, and are disease-carrying flies.
Adult flies are 1/4 – 1/2 inch long.
Its name is derived from its shiny blue color.

Fruit Flies

It is a fruit fly that hovers around fermented residues, orchards and vegetables.
Horse flies are 3 mm long, yellow to brown in color, and have bright red eyes.
Its belly droops in flight, and it’s often slow flies.

Sewage Flies

It is also called bathroom flies, as it is most often found in the bathroom at sinks.
It comes out during the night to feed on the accumulation of organic matter found in bathroom sinks, bathtubs as well as kitchen sinks.
It feeds on hair that stuck in the drain filter, food residues on dirty dishes or other food stuck in the drain.
It is 2 mm in length, has an oval body with 6 legs, a pair of antennae and a large pair of wings that extend beyond the lower abdomen.
Its colors range from gray to black with darker wings and legs.

Crane Flies

Crane flies do not cause any direct harm to humans as adults do not bite or sting.
Adult flies have a length of 60 mm – and wings of 75 mm.
It is gray to brown in color, slender and has very thin and long legs.

Lacewings

Lacewings are an important killer of mealy bugs in both greenhouses and indoor plants. They also feed on several types of aphids, spider mites and whiteflies.
They are active at night.
The length of this species of flies is about 12-20 mm. It is pale green, has long antennae and bright golden eyes. It also has large, transparent, green wings and a thin body.

White Flies

Whiteflies cause damage to plants.
They can be found on the undersides of plant leaves.
The length of this species of flies is about 1.5 – 3 mm. They are white in color and similar to butterflies.
The majority of these insects have wings in adulthood.
